I Can See For Miles and Miles and Miles and Miles! Oh Yeah!

I was wandering the hills today with a few folks from the Wildlife Education and Rehabilitation Center here in Morgan Hill trying to find some cute, cuddly, or at least interesting critters to observe in their (semi-)natural habitat.  Unfortunately, nothing truly interesting was to be found (as in, nothing I hadn’t recently avoided swerving to hit with my car), but I didn’t come away empty-handed.  Maybe I should say empty headed, since I did learn something today, as I always do when talking to the kind folx at W.E.R.C.  This time, it wasn’t about the area wildlife, though.  No, the ‘big news’ today was Nikon Monarch and Trailblazer Binoculars.

Obviously, since I’m not much of an outdoorsman, I don’t own binoculars.  in fact, I haven’t even used binoculars for a dozen years or more, but these babies were the real deal.   I’m seriously considering adding a set to my Christmas want list. And if you’ve considering getting that special someone something similar this holiday season then be sure to take advantage of Nikon’s All Terrain Binocular (ATB) promotion that could net you a $50 gift card when you purchase one of the Monarch ATB binoculars, and a $25 gift card when you get either a Trailblazer ATB, an Action Extreme ATB, or a ProStaff binocular.

I haven’t laid my paws on the ProStaff or Action Extreme (though that’s my favorite name, by far), but both the Trailblazer and Monarch models are absolutely amazing.
