Beverage Bargains at Morgan Hill’s Sun Valley Market
The Sun Valley Market (16725 Monterey St by San Pedro) is not, exactly, my regular store, though it is within easy walking distance of home. I do occasionally stop in there while I’m out roaming the streets seeking inspiration and insight, though. Today we stopped by on the way home from Z’s school and she asked me to get her a lemonade. She actually means Minute Maid Lemonade, which is a Coca-Cola product, thus it has My Coke Rewards points which she collects.
Imagine my surprise when I (a devout Mountain Dew and root beer drinker) discovered that the lemonades (and some other Coke products) are only $2.22 for two bottles! Whatta bargain! Obviously, I picked up two for her instead of the requested one. Who am I to pass up a nearly 50% off sale?
