The Heat Is On…
The heat is on, on the street

The pressure’s high, just to stay alive

Yeah, so Glenn Freye was talking about a different kind of heat, but that’s still how I feel. 92 degrees yesterday, 92 today and peaking at 95 degrees tomorrow. It is sizzilin’ here in Morgan Hill and the only place to truly cool down is the Centennial Recreation Center which, of course, is packed with munchkins whose parents brought them there to cool down. ::sigh:: Maybe I shoulda got my gym membership at 24 hour fitnes after all.
The Morgan Hill Aquatics Center is scheduled to open in eight days, so hopefully that will take some of the pressure of the CRC, but I really wish they’d just kick those doors open a little bit early.
