Morgan Hill Ag Foundation Spring Auction 2008

Maybe it’s just me, but considering the vast majority of students from both Live Oak High School and Sobrato High School are prohibited by law from serving (much less drinking) alcohol, isn’t a wine auction an odd fundraiser? As usual, though, no one asked my opinion, so you might as well take advantage of the apparent loophole in the law as well.

Future Farmers of America will celebrate their 79th straight year of helping kids gain an agricultural education with their Spring Auction on May 3, 2008 at Guglielmo Winery, 1480 East Main St. Tickets are only $15 (though additional donations are accepted) and include wine, food, and a drawing of donated items. As if all that wasn’t enough there will be both silent and live auctions.

Unfortunately I wasn’t available in that auction. I would like to attend the auction if it’s held this year.

The Morgan Hill Ag Foundation Spring Auction is an annual event and is a very good day out and you may even get a great deal at the auction.
